We are pleased to release the meeting minutes from our AGM, held on Sunday, February 2. We are also excited to announce that the special resolution regarding changes to SUO’s rules has been passed unanimously. We are excited to have them on board and look forward to working together in the year ahead. As part of the new rule change in our constitution, the election of office bearer positions will be held by the committee members. This election will take place on 2pm Sunday, March 2, via Zoom.

We invite all members and non-members to attend the Sustainable Upper Ovens Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, 2 February, from 2-4pm at the Bright Brewery Brewhouse. This past year has been one of growth and impact for our organisation, and we are excited to share the highlights of our progress with you. Over the past year, we have successfully:– Built stronger partnerships with local government, power retailers, and like-minded organisations– Continued to engage the community in sustainability practices, from reducing waste to transitioning to renewable energy– Supported local initiatives that promote a greener, more sustainable future We’ve also made significant strides in advocating for policy changes at the regional and national level and have seen many of our members take action
